Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Ocean Retreat (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a Destination Management Company (DMC) offering travel planning, logistics, and related services to individual travelers and B2B partners. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

- Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, tax changes, or supplier revisions.

- Full or partial payment (as specified in your booking quote) is required to confirm services.

- Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, or approved digital payment gateways.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellation policies vary depending on the resort, airline, or local supplier.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the vendor's terms and may take up to 30 business days.

- Ocean Retreat service fees, if any, are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

4. Travel Documentation

- Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, permits, and health documents as required.

- Ocean Retreat can assist with documentation guidance but does not guarantee visa issuance.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of belongings. Insurance is not included in our standard packages unless specified.

6. Service Changes & Force Majeure

In case of delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we will do our best to provide alternatives. However, Ocean Retreat is not liable for losses or additional costs incurred.

7. B2B Partner Responsibilities

- Travel agents and partners are expected to convey accurate booking details and client preferences at the time of confirmation.

- Any errors in guest names, dates, or documentation must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While Ocean Retreat takes all reasonable measures to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery, we are not liable for personal injuries, delays, damages, or losses arising from acts or omissions of third-party vendors or service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, packages, and marketing material are the intellectual property of Ocean Retreat and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat.
